Bulking agent (cellulose gel), magnesium bisglycinate, valerian (Valeriana officinalis) root extract 4.9%, lemon balm (Melissa officinalis) leaf extract 2.5%, coating [stabilisers (polyvinyl alcohol-polyethylene glycol-graft-co-polymer, polyvinyl alcohol), anti-caking agents (talc, mono- and diglycerides of fatty acids)], hop (Humulus lupulus) flower extract 2.4%, rhodiola (Rhodiola rosea) root extract 1.7%, anti-caking agents (magnesium salts of fatty acids, silicon dioxide), pyridoxine hydrochloride.
How to take BioTechUSA Valeriana Forte tablets?
Recommended use: Take 2-3 tablets daily with a glass of water, according to your stress level. Do not exceed the recommended daily dosage.
WARNINGS: Keep out of reach of children. Food supplements do not replace a balanced nutrition and healthy lifestyle! Do not exceed the recommended dosage! Use it with extra caution when driving. A valerian may increase the sedative effects of barbiturates, alcohol and benzodiazepines. Due to its effects on the central nervous system, should be used with caution in combination with other nervous system agents, including sedatives and hypnotics. Not recommended for children and pregnant or breast-feeding women. Store product tightly closed in a cool, dry place. After opening do not remove the silica bag!
