At BioTechUSA, we want you to be fully satisfied with your supplements; if you are not, you can return unopened products within 30 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange. Due to health and safety regulations, we cannot accept returns on food or supplement items that have been opened or consumed.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Contact our customer support team via the online portal or email with your order number and the reason for the return to receive a Return Authorization (RA) number.

  Package Your Items

  Safely place the unopened products in their original packaging, ensuring the RA number is clearly marked on the outside of the box to prevent processing delays.

• 3.
  Ship to Warehouse

  Send your package using a tracked shipping service to our central distribution center; please retain your tracking number until the return is confirmed.

• 4.
  Quality Check and Refund

  Once our quality control team verifies the seal integrity of the returned items, your refund will be processed to the original payment method within 5-7 business days.
